Resource Pool

 A resource pool provides the processing power for a group of Cloud Desktops. Every environment requires at least one Resource Pool, and an environment with Server Access requires at least two Resource Pools 2 Intel Xeon 5670 2.93 GHz x64 bit processors, 4GB Ram, OS updates, Vyatta Firewall VPX, Static internet IP address, virus protection, SPLA capability, and housed in a SAS 70, Type II, Tier III datacenter  

Data Storage   

Storage is the total amount of committed storage within the environment, Every file and application is readily accessible, and subscribers are only billed for what is used*

Every GB of committed storage is readily available, includes dual site redundancy, and is accessible wherever business takes you

  

Data   Protection

Data protection provides periodic snapshots of your CloudConnect environment, allowing for total restore of your system if ever necessary                            
CloudConnect takes and stores 7 nightly snapshots and 10 weekly snapshots, allowing subscribers to go back in time with a complete system restore if ever necessary
   

*Data storage is readily expandable and automatically available as your storage needs grow

CloudConnect works with IT partners and administrators to design and implement the ideal hosted solution. Businesses with existing IT infrastructure should contact the Support Team to design a customized hosted solution. 

CloudConnect service quality is reliant upon internet service in your area. However, CloudConnect service is available within the Continental United States. The CloudConnect service contract holds an annual term. However, the Subscriber retains the right to immediately discontinue service and the service contract within the first 60 days of the initial subscription date.
